How you will contribute You will: Support the IL6S program development and implementation at Mondelez Supply Chain (MSC) including ownership for direction and adjustments needed to accelerate on our priorities Execute IL6S Operational Excellence Roadmap in partnership with Senior Leadership team in alignment to functional roadmaps Lead Manufacturing loss analyses for sponsored initiatives and train/mentor region resources on initiatives to improve Revenue, product margin, cash-flow and growth improvement plus identify opportunities for growth Build capability through training, coaching, performance evaluations, and talent acquisition. Drive Asset Reliability improvement to achieve high level of performance, reliability and utilization What you will bring A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: Demonstrated strong leadership skills, ability to effectively communicate, influence, manage change The capability to influence key stakeholders including senior leadership Must have the capacity to operate independently and as part of a collaborative team Demonstrated success in a lead role in a high-growth organization and in providing strategic insight for organization-wide deployment plans is a plus Strategic assessment capabilities as well as a vision for developing and leading IL6S across the MSC Thorough understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools

Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Materials), Master's degree preferred Job specific requirements: 8+ years experience in production environment required TPM experience is a must 8+ years in development and implementation of industrial management systems focused on loss reduction by applying TPM and high performance organizations Travel requirements: 50% or more Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary and Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $140,300 to $192,940; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
