Job Description:

Manager / Senior Manager, MSAT - Product Technical SME We're partnering with a high-growth biotech to identify a Product Technical Knowledge Specialist (MSAT) -a highly visible role owning deep technical expertise across a commercial small molecule portfolio . This individual serves as the technical backbone of the product lifecycle , driving continuity from tech transfer through commercial manufacturing and post-approval changes , all within a 100% outsourced CMO network . The Role You'll act as the go-to technical SME , owning the product's full technical story-formulation, process, CPPs, CQAs, and control strategy-while ensuring alignment across MSAT, Quality, Regulatory CMC, and external manufacturing partners. Key Impact Areas

• Own and maintain the product's technical dossier (process, analytics, risks, control strategy) as the MSAT single source of truth
• Lead tech transfer documentation and knowledge transfer to CMOs, ensuring seamless site readiness and execution
• Drive knowledge gap assessments for launches and transfers, partnering cross-functionally to close gaps
• Support lifecycle management (deviations, CAPAs, change controls, process improvements)
• Act as a technical liaison across internal teams and external manufacturing sites
• Ensure inspection readiness through robust, traceable technical documentation What They're Looking For
• 8+ years in MSAT, process engineering, or pharma manufacturing/technical ops
• Strong experience with GMP environments and product/process understanding
• Hands-on exposure to tech transfer, deviations, and change management
• Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, actionable insights Why This Role
