THE WORK

Join the Moorestown Operations Team! We are looking for a talented and motivated Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM) to join our growing team. As an MPM, you will have the opportunity to work for various exciting programs across our Aegis/Aegis Guam product line, while collaborating with a talented group of individuals. In this role you will be responsible for:

• The successful execution of assigned programs specifically meeting schedule and cost targets.
• Working across Moorestown teams including factory operations, program office, sourcing; and will ensure intra-LM/RMS scope is executed.
• Supporting and presenting production status at required program meetings.
• Earned Value Management responsibility entailing development of baselines, support plans, and recovery plans as required.

National Pay Statement Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 - $184,115. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
