A publicly traded global specialty chemicals and advanced materials manufacturer is adding an Engineering Project Manager to drive its engineering, scale-up, and capital projects across North America and Europe. You own projects end to end, on scope, on schedule, and on budget, inside a fast-growing platform scaling something new across multiple plants. ???????????????????????????? You would join the engineering project function behind a fast-moving, startup-style division racing to scale a first-to-market materials platform that powers AI, electric vehicles, datacenters, and semiconductors. ???????????? ???????????????????????????????????????????? You report into global engineering project leadership and own the planning and execution of engineering development, scale-up, and capital projects across global sites. You assemble and lead cross-functional project teams, keep scope, schedule, and budget on track, and partner with Product Management and Global Engineering to land technical wins. • Lead engineering development, scale-up, and capital projects end to end across global sites
• Hold projects to scope, schedule, and budget commitments
• Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams and keep them accountable across the lifecycle
• Build and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies
• Identify risks early and put proactive mitigation and contingency plans in place
• Partner with Product Management and Global Engineering on technical alignment and delivery
• Report progress and analysis to senior leadership and clear bottlenecks across teams ???????????????? ???????????? ???????????????????? ????????????????????????????????:
• Strong project-management experience planning, executing, and tracking multiple complex projects at once
• Experience in engineering development, scale-up, or capital project environments
• Ability to influence and drive accountability across cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Solid understanding of engineering processes and technical project environments
• Willingness to travel up to 25 percent and support global operations ???????????????????? ????????????????????????:
• Background in specialty chemicals, advanced materials, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing
• Proficiency with project-management tools and methodologies
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification, beneficial, not required ?
