• Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of high-priority engineering projects centered on productization and manufacturing scale-up
• Build project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource strategies tied to business priorities and customer commitments
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Operations, Continuous Improvement, Product Management, and R D globally
• Manage risk early with proactive mitigation and contingency plans
• Give senior leadership clear reporting and insight to support key business and financial decisions
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, clear bottlenecks, and keep teams aligned
• Improve the project-management processes, tools, and portfolio tracking the function runs on
• Contribute directly to initiatives that move revenue, cost, and operational efficiency ?

• Advanced risk assessment, mitigation planning, and decision-making under pressure
• Solid grasp of engineering processes, manufacturing, and technical roadmaps
