In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of plant performance, ensuring production efficiency, quality standards, and safety protocols are consistently met. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize manufacturing processes, and foster a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will be passionate about operational excellence, possess strong mechanical knowledge, and excel in managing supply chain and production planning to deliver outstanding results. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet production targets while maintaining high quality standards. Implement lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce waste. Oversee production management systems including
SAP, ERP
systems, MRP, and supply chain analytics to ensure seamless operations. Develop and execute production planning strategies aligned with demand forecasts and supply chain requirements. Manage supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and vendor relationships. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing operational data and implementing best practices in manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality control standards, and environmental policies across the plant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize assembly processes and mechanical systems for maximum productivity. Monitor plant performance metrics regularly; prepare reports on key operational indicators for executive review. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional development among staff. Qualifications Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment; prior plant management experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of
SAP, ERP
systems, MRP, and supply chain management tools. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies and process improvement strategies. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Excellent skills in production planning, operations management, and supply chain analytics. Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Management or related field; advanced certifications in Lean or Six Sigma are a plus.
