Responsible for overseeing end-to-end production workflow, plant operations, scheduling, staffing, quality control, equipment utilization, and on-time delivery across a multi-department production facility operating 7 days/week. Lead and develop a team of 45+ production employees, supervisors, and support staff while partnering closely with Sales, Project Management, Pre-Press, and Production teams to ensure seamless job execution and production planning. Strong experience in commercial printing, direct mail, large-format graphics, tradeshow production, workflow optimization, KPI management, production scheduling, and manufacturing leadership required. Candidates should have a proven track record improving operational efficiency, throughput, quality, labor productivity, and production turnaround times in deadline-driven print/manufacturing environments. Experience managing fast-paced print production facilities with multiple departments and tight delivery schedules strongly preferred.

Pay:

$95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
