- Full-time What to Expect As an Associate Manager of Production, you will play a critical role in leading a team of Supervisors to drive operations, optimize efficiency, and ensure production goals are met.
You will work cross-functionally with manufacturing and operations teams, interfacing with Engineering, Quality, Material Flow, and Maintenance to improve processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
