Eagle Metalcraft Lead a Skilled Manufacturing Operation Without Corporate Red Tape Eagle Metalcraft is a locally owned precision sheet metal fabrication, machining, and finishing company seeking an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity for a highly organized, technically competent manufacturing leader to take direct ownership of shop floor performance, team development, production discipline, and operational growth within a stable, privately owned company. We are not seeking a purely executive manager. We are looking for a practical leader who thrives on the production floor, builds strong teams, solves problems, improves processes, and drives accountability every day.

Our operation includes:

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across fabrication, machining, welding, and finishing Manage production scheduling, workflow coordination, and labor efficiency Drive operational discipline, accountability, and performance standards Partner with ownership to support strategic growth initiatives Improve quality, throughput, safety, and on-time execution Develop supervisors, team leads, and production staff Support hiring, training, and workforce stability Implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations Ensure effective use of ERP systems, production tools, and operational reporting Maintain equipment, staffing, and process alignment to meet customer expectations

Qualifications:

7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Strong background in fabrication, machining, precision manufacturing, or metalworking environments Proven experience leading teams in a hands-on production setting Strong organizational and operational planning skills Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization preferred Ability to balance technical execution with people leadership ERP or manufacturing software experience preferred Excellent communication and leadership presence
