Client:
Our client is an established international company operating in the industrial manufacturing and engineering sector. About position:
For our client, we are currently searching for competent Plant Manager, who will be in charge of all the plant's operations, including all the related departments, as well as the maintenance department. As the local operations leader, you will be leading a team of more than 180 employees.
Competencies overview:
Leadership & Operational Excellence Lead all plant operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of accountability and performance. Develop and mentor managers, supervisors, and operational teams. Production & Maintenance Management Oversee daily manufacturing activities and ensure production targets are achieved. Improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime through effective maintenance practices. Monitor and manage key operational KPIs. Quality & Process Improvement Ensure products meet customer and industry quality standards. Support the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence methodologies. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and process stability. Planning & Cross-Functional Collaboration Lead production planning and capacity management activities. Collaborate closely with supply chain, quality, engineering, and commercial teams. Support the execution of business objectives and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience, including at least 5 years in a plant leadership role. Proven experience leading operational improvement and change initiatives. Strong knowledge of production, maintenance, quality systems, planning, and Lean Manufacturing. Experience in industrial manufacturing environments; ceramics or related industries are an advantage. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

$150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
