Set, track, and achieve business goals, objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics Coach and develop line managers and leadership teams Ensure resources to maintain product quality, plant reliability, and sustained capacity Oversee budgets, capital, costs, assets, inventories, and project systems to ensure efficient operations

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree (Chemical Engineering preferred) Experience in process engineering Proven supervisory/people leadership experience 8-10 years of production/manufacturing management experience Experience working in a union environment preferred; contract negotiation experience preferred

COMPENSATION DETAILS

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. (Specific rate to be determined, but not limited to, geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).

Pay Range:

$138,200 - $230,300 Evonik offers a comprehensive benefit package, subject to plan eligibility, terms, and guidelines.
