Plant Manager Columbus, OH $140,000 - $150,000 plus Bonus About the Opportunity Our client is a global leader in automotive manufacturing with a strong track record of growth and innovation. Their Columbus facility has seen significant expansion in recent years and is equipped with cutting-edge technology to support a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead operations and drive performance at the facility. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of approximately 200 plant personnel across operations Directly supervise key leaders, including: Quality Manager Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager Production Managers Maintenance Manager Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Utilize KPIs and performance metrics to monitor, analyze, and improve plant operations Act as a coach, mentor, and performance driver , developing leadership and production teams Ensure a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational excellence Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience will be considered) 8-10+ years of leadership experience in plant operations within the automotive manufacturing industry Strong expertise in KPI management and data-driven decision making Proven success implementing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement (CI) strategies Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and deliver measurable operational results Why Join?
