- Oversee and lead all operations of a 325-person plastic injection molding facility
- Directly manage six production supervisors, one maintenance manager, and one maintenance supervisor
- Indirectly supervise approximately 250 hourly employees across three shifts
- Drive production performance and spearhead continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with the leadership team to establish, monitor, and achieve KPIs and key operational metrics Key Requirements
- Experience in injection molding operations is strongly preferred
