Part-time, Interim, or Full-time Flexible The Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned leader to steer Red River Pallet, Inc., a regional leader in wooden pallet manufacturing. This position is designed for a "been there, done that" professional who can stabilize operations, mentor our next generation of leaders, and optimize our manufacturing processes without the typical corporate bureaucracy.Core Responsibilities Strategic Oversight:
Lead day-to-day operations with a focus on P&L ownership, production planning, and quality control.Mentorship & Culture:
Act as a "Chief Mentor" to junior managers, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.Process Optimization:
Identify bottlenecks in the assembly line and implement Lean or Six Sigma-inspired efficiencies to reduce waste.Relationship Management:
Manage high-level relationships with key suppliers and customers, leveraging your industry experience to negotiate favorable terms.Compliance Leadership:

20+ years in manufacturing or industrial management, preferably within the wood products or logistics sectors.Proven Track Record:
A history of turning around operations or scaling mid-sized manufacturing plants.Soft Skills:
Exceptional ability to communicate with both "boots on the ground" and ownership. Language (Optional): Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a significant asset in this industry.Flexibility:
