THE PRACTICE
This role will align to Industry X's Manufacturing & Operations practice . Manufacturing & Operations professionals help our clients achieve their ambitions for digital transformation within their core manufacturing and operations throughout the full lifecycle of their assets. With domain expertise across consulting and technology they unlock new sources of opex and capex efficiency and effectiveness. Manufacturing Consult ants ? define and design the future state of Manufacturing companies (within the 4 walls optimization). This includes organizational, operational, and technical models to enable modernization of core operations across the breadth and depth of EHS, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Operational / Manufacturing Excellence functions. Professionals digitize plants, sites and centers by bringing cross-facility operations at scale. Our next generation production and manufacturing methods leverage AI, IoT, automation, wearables, and predictive analytics to enable multi-site plant optimization; to increase production reliability, product quality, worker safety and sustainable operations with a more productive digital workforce.
THE WORK
S upport delivery of? Industrial and Automotive reinvention , with a focus on realizing complex large scale manufacturing engineering initiatives. This includes transformation of large brownfield plants , design of greenfield plants and preparing for new product launches . ? Apply a strong understanding of? manufacturing and supply chain value levers ? specific to the industrial and automotive environments. This includes the implementation of new digital, AI and physical automation technologies . T he automation and transformation of material flow inside industrial and automotive plants is of specific importance for this role . Manage projects or workstreams end to end , including scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and delivery outcomes, while adapting to evolving client priorities. Build and apply? industry, functional, and technical knowledge ?to support client conversations, solution development, and delivery of innovative manufacturing led ways of working. Lead and coordinate? diverse, global Accenture teams , providing day to day direction, coaching, and quality oversight, while leveraging AI and digital tools to improve delivery effectiveness.
