Drive Results. Build Something Better. We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven Production Manager to take ownership of our manufacturing operations in the greater Allentown area. This is not a desk role—this is an opportunity for someone who thrives on the plant floor, understands the details of equipment and process flow, and knows how to turn teams into high-performing units. If you know when to roll up your sleeves and fix the problem—and when to bring in the right expertise—you'll fit right in. What You'll Do Own plant operations in a batch manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery Drive operational excellence through process improvements, efficiency gains, and waste reduction Lead, coach, and develop production teams, building strong bench strength and future leaders Optimize resource allocation, labor utilization, and production flow Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, and Logistics to align production with customer demand Manage budgets and understand labor and production cost drivers, ensuring strong margin performance Oversee equipment performance, including basic troubleshooting, maintenance decisions, and vendor coordination Establish and implement KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement What You Bring 7+ years of plant or production management experience, ideally in batch manufacturing A hands-on leadership style—you lead from the floor, not from an office Strong understanding of production flow, scheduling, and operational bottlenecks Proven ability to improve efficiencies and productivity while maintaining quality standards Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and overall operational performance Working knowledge of manufacturing equipment and maintenance decision-making Ability to develop teams and build a positive, accountable culture Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments This is an opportunity to make a visible, measurable impact on operations within a company that truly values practical leadership and continuous improvement.
