About the Opportunity We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead daily operations within a highly engineered manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for driving production performance, developing employees, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring safety, quality, and delivery objectives are achieved. This is a highly visible leadership role with significant influence over operational performance, team development, and long-term business growth Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production, quality, and delivery goals are met Balance staffing, resources, and production priorities to support customer commitments Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence Partner closely with quality, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and frontline employees Promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to improve results Support strategic initiatives that enhance operational performance and profitability Collaborate across departments to address challenges and improve customer satisfaction Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred Manufacturing leadership experience within a production environment Strong understanding of capacity planning, production scheduling, and Lean manufacturing principles Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is preferred Comfortable working within a manufacturing environment and supporting shop floor operations
