Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Support daily plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of aggregates. Partner with the Plant Manager to execute production plans, optimize equipment performance, and meet quality standards. Champion a strong safety culture by leading compliance initiatives, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement. Coordinate maintenance activities to maximize uptime and reliability of crushing, screening, and mobile equipment. Supervise, coach, and develop team members while fostering accountability and collaborative teamwork. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence a safety-first, performance-driven culture. Strong operational mindset with the capability to improve productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. Working knowledge of aggregates processes, mobile equipment, and preventative maintenance practices. Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams and solve problems proactively. High level of ownership, adaptability, and commitment to delivering results in a dynamic environment. Work Environment This role operates in an active aggregates production environment, including outdoor conditions, varying weather, and exposure to noise, dust, and heavy equipment. The position requires regular site presence, mobility across uneven terrain, and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
