Job Description:
We are conducting a search for a hands-on Plant Manager to lead operational transformation for a growing manufacturing operation in the building products industry. This is not a maintenance-style Plant Manager role. We are seeking a leader with proven success optimizing production flow, improving plant efficiency, strengthening quality systems, and building a high-performance culture on the manufacturing floor.
Key priorities include:
Production optimization / linear flow improvements Lean manufacturing & continuous improvement Quality management systems and process discipline Team leadership, accountability, and employee engagement Plant-level operational leadership with P&L responsibility The ideal candidate will bring: 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Strong background in production/process optimization Experience leading Lean initiatives with measurable results Hands-on leadership style and strong floor presence Ability to drive change and create operational accountability Experience within manufacturing environments are required.

Greater Philadelphia area
Compensation:
