The Manufacturing Operations team is seeking a dynamic and collaborative Make Center Director for the Effectors portfolio. This leader will be key for the Manufacturing Operations organization, responsible for leading the teams that execute effective shop floor operations, manufacturing and testing to ensure factory success. This role will be critical to establishing execution strategies and meeting production milestones by ensuring appropriate tracking and communication across Raytheon Manufacturing. This role will drive execution on critical KPI's around safety, people, quality, delivery, and cost. The leader will partner with the entire Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) organization to develop strategies that support strategic business decisions and initiatives and provide input on long term milestones and needs that will drive business success.

What You Will Do Alignment of Priorities:

Partners with Manufacturing leadership to establish alignment of short- and long-term priorities. Harmonizes tools and data sources to develop efficiencies and opportunities that will improve critical KPI's to drive factory execution.

Decision Support:

Provides strategic and tactical leadership for onsite cross functional factory leadership, responsible for financial performance to AOP, program EACs and support staffing responsibilities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partners across OSC to collaborate on short- and long-term strategies. Collaborates with Manufacturing leadership, Supply Chain, internal and external partners to be a conduit for strategy execution, vision, and pathways for success.

Program Oversight:

Monitor and track the progress of key projects, addressing any challenges or issues as they arise.

Budget and Resource Management:

Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.

Performance Monitoring:

Implement metrics and tracking systems to measure progress against both strategic and operational goals.

Team Leadership:

Develop and lead factory manufacturing teams by fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with company values and site objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum fourteen (14) years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum twelve (12) years' experience. Experience with either Manufacturing, Operations, and or Supply Chain. Supervisory or managerial experience. Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems and utilizing system data to understand critical path and mitigate constraints. Experience with Proposals, Transition to Manufacturing, Risk Management, and Financial Forecast. Extensive experience in Factory or Manufacturing Operations. Onsite:

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range for this role is 186,200 USD - 353,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
