Hands-on Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing operations. Full ownership of production, planning, maintenance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement Responsibilities Lead daily operations across a ~70-person machining facility Manage production, scheduling, maintenance, quality, and safety Drive KPIs including OEE, throughput, quality, and on-time delivery Implement Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with leadership on capacity planning, capex, and workforce planning Identify bottlenecks and drive data-based improvements Ensure compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100, ISO) Support hiring, training, and performance management

Qualifications:
