Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Production Manager at

FASTSIGNS

Aiken. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of management experience, with exposure to sign and vinyl production, graphic design, or printing as a significant advantage. The chosen candidate will be able to support the team as a working manager and fill in as needed to complete various production tasks.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations. Ensure production schedules are met, and quality standards are maintained. Ensure that the

process is followed. Track WIP and projects utilizing our point of sale software system. Supervise and lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and optimize production processes. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate supplies. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner. Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and productivity. Interview and hire additional staff as needed. Complete periodic performance reviews with existing staff.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role. Previous experience in sign and vinyl production, graphic design, or printing is a significant plus. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and efficiency. Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and technology. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and delegate tasks to staff as needed.

Travel:

Chosen candidate must complete Production Manager Boot Camp in Carrolton, TX within 6 months of hire date. Local travel in the Aiken / Augusta area is occasionally required to supervise installations and visit clients. Overnight travel may be required to attend training, conventions, or trade shows. Usually once per year. Total travel time is less than 5%.
