This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing all aspects of ready-mix concrete plant operations, from production and scheduling to fleet, maintenance, and personnel. This is a great opportunity for a Batch Operator to move into leadership! What You'll Do Oversee daily plant operations including production, scheduling, and quality control Supervise the Batch Operators, Drivers, and Yardman Manage raw material and parts inventory, including month-end inventory counts Coordinate fleet maintenance with the truck shop and plant maintenance with the welding shop Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance Build and maintain relationships with sales reps and customers Manage CODs and the APM program Operate a front-end loader as needed Communicate regularly with the Area Manager and cross-functional departments Schedule note: Hours vary week to week and may be extended during peak seasons.
