Plan, direct, and manage plant activities across manufacturing, quality, lean manufacturing, manufacturing and order engineering, procurement, finance, and human resources. Establish and execute site-level strategies and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with company objectives. Drive performance against key operational metrics through structured action plans and disciplined execution. Manage the plant operating budget, including capital investments and ongoing operational expenses. Develop, coach, and engage plant leadership and employees to build a strong performance-driven culture. What qualifications will help you succeed in this role? Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field is required. Minimum of eight years of manufacturing leadership experience with direct responsibility for people and operations. Strong business acumen, including experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and resource management. Solid understanding of manufacturing systems, standard industrial equipment, and technical operations. Demonstrated knowledge of workplace safety standards, quality systems, productivity improvement, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles. Ability to lead change, influence across functions, and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
