$160,000•210,000 + bonus Must-Haves Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field with 10+ years of engineering management experience OR Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving performance Strong background in maintenance systems including Preventive Maintenance, Predictive Maintenance, TPM, and work order processes Advanced mechanical/electrical technical expertise (PLCs, instrumentation, mechanical systems) Proven ability to lead capital projects from concept through execution Experience in a large manufacturing or plant environment Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional long hours/weekends Plant Engineering Director We are seeking an experienced Plant Engineering Director to lead maintenance and engineering operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Sioux Falls, SD. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal equipment performance, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across plant operations.
