Job Description

We are seeking a sharp, highly organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our manufacturing team! This isn't just a "sit-at-the-desk" job; you will be the vital link between our front office and our production floor, ensuring orders flow seamlessly from entry to shipment. Schedule & Compensation ⏰
Hours:
Monday•Friday, 7:30 AM•4:00
PM Lunch Break:
Enjoy a 45-minute break from 11:30 AM•12:15
PM Pay Rate:
$18.00•$22.00 per hour (Starting pay based on experience)
Status:
Full-Time Key Responsibilities ️ You will be the "air traffic controller" of our production cycle:
Order Management:
Accurately inputting customer orders into Sage and getting them into the hands of our production team.
Workflow Coordination:
Receiving finished order slips back from the plant and marking them as "Finished/Ready for Shipment."
Plant Interaction:
You won't just be behind a screen! You will head out into the plant several times a day to interact with production employees and track order progress.
Problem Solving:
Using "outside the box" thinking to resolve scheduling hiccups or administrative challenges. Required Skills & Experience ✅
Software Proficiency:
• Must have Sage (Peachtree) experience. (Candidates with strong QuickBooks experience will be considered but must be ready to work primarily in Sage). Expert-level use of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Attention to
Detail:
You must be "very" detail-oriented to ensure order accuracy and inventory tracking.
Physical Requirements:
Must be comfortable walking long distances throughout the manufacturing plant daily.
Communication:
