Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and managing crews. This role requires strong roofing and construction knowledge and exceptional relational skills with customers. Responsibilities Manage daily production activities to ensure timely completion of jobs. Lead/train crews. Monitor job processes and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on roofing jobs. Communicate regularly with customers during the roofing process. Qualifications Excellent leadership skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
