Job Description

Project Manager Shift/Hours:

7:00 AM to 3:30

PM Pay Rate:

$70k+

Job Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of manufacturing for special projects from quoting, design and manufacturing all the way through testing and documentation and shipping. Internally, you will work closely and coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality and manufacturing teams in order to meet client specifications. Externally, you will manage all open orders and communication with customers ensuring they have a best-in-class experience and orders are delivered on time and in accordance with the customers' requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and lead internal project meetings. Track and complete open items based on project needs. Manage open order backlog, coordinate with customers, sales, engineering, procurement, production, and shipping to drive orders to completion. Coordinate and lead daily backlog meetings with production. Update lead times and project status daily. Expedite manufacturing. Communicate with Customers, project teams, and provide updates as needed. Respond to customer requests for information to include order status and documentation.

Qualifications & Experience:

ERP Experience (Global Shop Solutions Preferred) Quick Base Excel, Computer skills PMP Certification and/or Same 5+ years' experience in project management within a manufacturing environment in the Oil & Gas industry Join Us.
