Concrete Batch Plant Manager

Oversee the operation of heavy equipment such as loaders, mixers, tankers, and haulers. Maintain accurate records of production volumes, inventory levels, and quality assurance reports. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities to identify mechanical issues or safety hazards; coordinate repairs or fabrication as needed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards through ongoing training and monitoring. Collaborate with teams to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of concrete finishing and forming. Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing, construction, or concrete production environments with a focus on plant management or supervision. Mechanical knowledge related to concrete mixers, fabrication processes, welding techniques, machining, and heavy equipment operation. Ability to operate or oversee the operation of forklifts, cranes, and other warehouse or construction machinery safely. Strong understanding of concrete forming techniques and finishing processes. Familiarity with warehouse management practices including inventory control and logistics coordination. Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical issues related to batching equipment or plant machinery. Candidates should possess excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining strict safety standards.
