As the Production Operations Development Lead, you will drive the transition of cutting‑edge air‑defense hardware from concept to full‑rate production. You will support the Lower‑Tier Integrated Air & Missile Defense (LTIAMD) portfolio, including PAC‑3 Evolutionary Development and Transition‑to‑Production (T2P) initiatives, as well as new franchise programs. Our team oversees the end‑to‑end management and integration of multiple hardware development programs, guiding each project from initial proposal through design and development and ultimately into full‑scale production. What You Will Be Doing < Create and execute multi‑site rollout plans that satisfy program requirements and align with schedule targets. Develop project plans for part procurement, fabrication, and cut‑over points, accounting for legacy inventory run‑outs. Serve as the Cost Account Manager (CAM) on assigned programs, overseeing cost, schedule, and performance metrics. Coordinate ramp‑up activities across manufacturing sites, ensuring tooling, test equipment, and resources are ready on time. Lead and mentor cross‑functional teams , fostering a collaborative, self‑directed work culture. Drive risk identification and mitigation , delivering actionable opportunities to support program requirements. Manage open issues and track resolution progress to keep teams on‑schedule. Advocate for producibility , working with manufacturing and design engineers to embed manufacturability early in the development cycle. Deliver cost‑saving initiatives that enhance affordability while maintaining World‑Class manufacturing standards. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college Ability to obtain security clearance Production site or manufacturing experience Experience with SAP or other ERP systems Possess appropriate business acumen to successfully present cases to a variety of customers (Project Office, Program Office, and Senior Management) Demonstrated skills in team building and leading through influence, as the position requires cross‑functional interactions on a daily basis Experience within Operations Management or related disciplines supporting production and developmental programsDesired Skills:
