Job Description

Production Operations Manager Location:
Beasley, TX Pay:
Up to $155,000 Base Salary (DOE)
Type:
Full-Time | Direct Hire We are seeking an experienced Production Operations Manager to lead fabrication and assembly operations within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead daily production operations and manufacturing teams Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives Improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance Coach and develop supervisors and production personnel Analyze operational metrics and implement process improvements Partner with quality, engineering, planning, and supply chain teams
Qualifications:
5-8+ years of manufacturing operations experience 3+ years managing production teams Experience with fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly operations Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience ERP/MES system proficiency Strong leadership and communication skills
Preferred:
Lean Six Sigma certification TPM and SMED experience ISO 9001 or AS9100 experience Budget or cost center management experience Apply today to be considered for this leadership opportunity in
