Production Manager Cable Manufacturing

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Production Manager to lead our cable manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficient, high-quality output while driving continuous improvement initiatives. This role oversees wire drawing, stranding, extrusion, braiding, and jacket lines while ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are consistently met. Your leadership will foster a safety-first environment, optimize manufacturing workflows, and coordinate seamlessly with supply chain teams to meet production targets. Duties :

Lead and supervise production teams across multiple cable manufacturing lines Meet daily/weekly production goals and reduce bottlenecks Ensure product quality and compliance with all SOPs Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Train, coach, and develop operators and shift leads Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime Track production output, scrap, and material usage

Qualifications:

3+ years in cable manufacturing or similar industrial environment Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of wire drawing, stranding, extrusion, or cable processes Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving ability Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement High School Diploma or Equivalency is required with Associates Degree or Relevant Technical License/Certification strongly preferred Ability to work in the US without any restrictions is required Join us to lead innovative manufacturing solutions that power connectivity worldwide! Pay:

$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
