Job Description

Lead the Pulse of Our Conroe Shop Floor Picture your morning at our Conroe, TX 77301 facility: you walk the floor, greet the crew, scan the production boards, and align resources to keep every cell running smoothly and safely. You coach, you optimize, and you remove roadblocks—so parts move, quality holds, and deadlines stay on track. What Your Day Looks Like Kick off with a safety-and-schedule huddle, aligning people and machines to hit daily and weekly production goals. Rebalance staffing and equipment as conditions change to keep commitments on time. Oversee and refine quality controls to maintain product standards from first article to final inspection. Partner with planning, engineering, and logistics to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. Manage inventory levels and approve timely procurement of materials and supplies. Provide real-time coaching; deliver regular performance evaluations and actionable feedback. Enforce safety regulations and company policies across the shop. Analyze output, throughput, and quality data; prepare concise reports for leadership. Impact You'll Drive You'll set the tone for safety, culture, and continuous improvement—elevating team capability while meeting production targets without sacrificing quality. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. 5+ years in a manufacturing environment, including 2+ years managing people and operations. Proven leadership that motivates diverse teams and builds a culture of accountability and growth. Sharp problem-solving, strong attention to detail, and data-driven decision making. Comfort with manufacturing systems (e.g., ERP/MES) and the Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination. Solid grasp of safety regulations and quality standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and pivot quickly as priorities change.
