We are looking for a hands-on Inventory Manager who can work with production to manage Work Orders, Inventory Accuracy, Corrections, Cycle-Counts and is also responsible for managing stock levels to ensure sufficient product availability while minimizing excess inventory and carrying costs. They analyze sales data, forecast demand, and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams (such as logistics and manufacturing) to optimize inventory turnover and meet business needs. Core Responsibilities Management of Assembly Orders/Work Orders Cycle Counting and Inventory Accuracy for Cart inventory WIP Management and Monitoring Monthly Planning with
Purchasing Team Stock Level Management:
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts (shortages) and overstock situations.
Replenishment Planning:
Place orders with suppliers and set reorder points and safety stock thresholds. Own the ERP Reporting for NC location
Supply Chain Coordination:
Act as a liaison between purchasing, production, warehouse, and sales teams to align supply with demand.
System Maintenance:
Maintain accurate inventory data within ERP systems or specialized inventory planning tools.
Skills Analytical Skills:
Strong numerical proficiency for analyzing large datasets.
Software Proficiency:
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle), inventory planning software, and advanced Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs).
Communication:
Ability to work cross-functionally with purchasing, sales, and logistics teams.
Detail-Oriented:
High attention to detail for maintaining data integrity and accuracy.
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory control techniques.
