Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and business processes Develop and execute an Operational Excellence roadmap aligned with business goals Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and structured problem-solving activities Coach and train employees in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement tools Identify performance gaps and partner with teams to implement sustainable solutions Establish and track improvement metrics, KPIs, and documented results Support new product introductions, process changes, and capital projects Oversee ISO Certifications, training, audits, and team members associated with our certification Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams About the Company:
