Hybrid Duration:
3 Months (Potential for Extension) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in manufacturing, industrial engineering, and supply chain operations. This role will lead cross-functional projects focused on supplier transitions, capacity expansion, process improvements, tooling implementation, and product qualification across multiple manufacturing facilities in North America and Mexico. Key Responsibilities Manage manufacturing and supply chain projects involving supplier changes, outsourcing initiatives, capacity growth, and productivity improvements. Lead part qualification, tooling implementation, and process improvement projects across multiple production sites. Coordinate with internal teams, plant leadership, and external suppliers to ensure successful project execution. Track project scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables while providing regular status updates to leadership. Maintain project documentation and update project management systems and reporting tools. Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency. Travel to manufacturing plants and supplier locations as needed. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. Proven experience managing manufacturing, operations, or supply chain projects in a multi-site environment. Strong knowledge of plant operations, process changes, capacity planning, supplier management, and manufacturing workflows. Experience driving process improvement, quality, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Ability to work onsite at least 2 days per week and travel as required. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Quality Value Engineering (QVE), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies. Experience managing projects across multiple manufacturing facilities in North America and Mexico. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
