Flexcraft is hiring a Production Manager to lead night shift operations in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility . Why This Job Stands Out 3-day weekend every other week (2-2-3 schedule) 12-hour night shift with consistent rotation New, modern facility High-impact leadership role with real influence What You ll Do Lead production teams in a 24-hour manufacturing environment Drive safety, quality, and productivity Serve as the technical expert in injection molding Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and increase throughput Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering Coach and develop a high-performing team What You Bring 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Expertise in injection molding Experience leading teams in high-volume environments Hands-on, results-driven leadership style Experience in a GMP and/or
