Job Description:
Site IT Leader Owen Daniels is currently partnered with a world leader in aerospace technology. They are a global brand who covers the full lifecycle of aircraft components, including design, manufacturing, and in-service support. They are currently seeking an Site IT Leader to operate as a hands-on leader for a 300 employee manufacturing facility. This position will lead a small team and cover both end user support requirements and act as the primary SME for ERP and BI, translating needs of manufacturing operations into solutions. Job Summary Act as the primary subject matter experience for the ERP system, turning manufacturing needs into clear requirements and solutions. Operate as the central point for projects, prioritizing demand and balancing resources to align priorities. Manage and execute complex digital/IT projects, providing direct functional and technical support to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes. Lead, develop, and mentor a team of specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with all levels of the organization to secure buy-in and drive alignment. Required and Desirable Experience 4- year University Degree Demonstrated IT experience within manufacturing Strong ERP experience, ideally SAP Experienced with Power BI and SQL to aid data analysis Key Details Hybrid position - on-site and WFH Competitive salary and bonus Generous PTO and 13 paid public holidays 401(k) match Comprehensive health benefits including paid parental leave
