You will be the Manufacturing Associate Manager for the Production Operations Team. Our team is responsible for delivering high‑quality products while driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. What You Will Be Doing As the Manufacturing Associate Manager you will be responsible for leading supervisors, support staff, and manufacturing technicians to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Recruiting, selecting, training, and developing team members. Managing performance assessments, work assignments, cross‑training, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Collaborating with cross‑functional partners (engineering, quality, planning, maintenance, ESH) to execute core metrics. Driving a continuous‑improvement mindset and cultivating a high‑performing work environment. Ensuring customer requirements and business objectives are consistently met. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education Experience in a manufacturing or production environment Previous leadership experience Appropriate acumen to successfully interact with Program Senior Management, Sr. Management, HR, and Union Leadership. Demonstrated skills in team building and leading. Ability to obtain US Government-issued Secret Security Clearance.

Desired Skills:

Material Requirements Planning (MRP) experience Proficient in SAP Greenbelt Certification Knowledge of CBA and interaction with Union Leadership Experience in: First line supervision Collective Bargaining Agreement Programmatic/Operations cost and estimating Driving continuous improvement/cost reduction activities
