In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently, quality standards are upheld, and continuous improvement initiatives are embedded into daily operations. Your leadership will drive innovation, streamline workflows, and foster a culture of excellence across our manufacturing facilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about advancing electronics manufacturing through strategic management and operational expertise. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of electronics manufacturing operations, including assembly, testing, and quality control processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes, implement new technologies, and support product development efforts. Requirements Proven experience in production management within the electronics manufacturing industry with a strong understanding of design, assembly, and rapid prototyping. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing techniques, process improvement strategies, and continuous improvement initiatives. Solid knowledge of supply chain management principles, including logistics, procurement, inventory control, and supply chain analytics. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively while fostering a safety-first environment. Oil & Gas experience is a must-have.
