$115,000 - $145,000 Base Salary + 10-20% Performance Bonus Potential About DeWalch Technologies, Inc. DeWalch Technologies, Inc. (www.dewalch.com) is a growing, established, vertically integrated manufactur-er specializing in proprietary products for diversified markets located in Houston. We have a dedicated team of 80 employees, and our facilities manage complex operations including precision machining, metal stamping, investment casting, welding secondary operations and assembly. We are a leading manufacturer of products for Utility Revenue Protection, providing solutions to deter theft of electricity, gas, and other utilities with a 40-year history of delivering cutting-edge products. We recently acquired Texcast (www.texcast.com), an investment casting foundry which produces precision investment castings for our own product line and contract manufacturing services for a diverse customer group. Our active R D efforts are focused on designing and commercializing high-growth products developed by our engineering team. One of these projects is G2Fuels (www.g2fuels.com), a newly formed company to commercialize a system developed by DeWalch to convert natural gas to clean diesel and gasoline. This project is on the verge of tremendous growth and much of the equipment for this venture will be manufac-tured in-house.

Position Overview We are actively seeking a hands-on Plant Manager that closely matches our culture to manage manufactur-ing operations and help improve our operations to set us in good position for upcoming growth. The Plant Manager will direct all daily production, maintenance, and tool room functions across both our main production plant and our newly acquired investment casting foundry. This position focuses on build-ing stable tracking systems, improving daily production workflows, and leading a culture of constant im-provement across both facilities. The individual in this role will take the time to learn about our existing op-erating systems and work closely with upper management to continuously refine and improve them. A core focus of this leadership role is to instruct, properly train, and ensure that all direct reports are fully capable and successfully performing their daily responsibilities. Mindset:
A hands-on manager who has a deep understanding of the processes being managed and constructively leads and confirms that subordinates are executing their daily responsibilities.
Strong Manufacturing Background:
Technical knowledge of precision machining, metal stamping, tooling and investment casting workflows.
Confident Leadership Capability:
Someone capable of leading manufacturing supervisors and working with Administration, HR and Facility Maintenance to meet production objectives. Quick Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent technical experience). 7+ years of manufacturing management experience, with a track record of problem solving and improving manufacturing operations and a hands-on floor management style . Deep experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and establishing strict KPI baselines. Strong manufacturing experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred. Prior investment casting experience is highly preferred. Deep technical knowledge of CNC machining, metal stamping, tool room operations (tool and die), and assembly lines. Experience working within an
ISO 9001
2015 environment is a plus.
