Plant Manager - Manufacturing A well-established light industrial manufacturing plant located in the Houston area is seeking a seasoned Plant Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of production, maintenance, and quality assurance operations. This confidential search is for a dynamic, results-driven leader with a proven track record in managing complex manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and meeting production goals in alignment with company objectives.Key Responsibilities:
Direct and coordinate the plant's production, maintenance, and quality assurance functions. Ensure consistent execution of production plans while maintaining compliance with internal standards and customer requirements. Lead, coach, and develop a large, multi-shift team of skilled and unskilled personnel across manufacturing and warehouse functions. Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste. Serve as the primary liaison between plant operations and senior leadership. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safety throughout the facility.Qualifications:
Several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial plant environment. Strong understanding of production processes, maintenance systems, and quality assurance protocols. Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams in a multi-shift operation. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive operational excellence while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
