$48,000•$60,000 per year ($23•$29 per hour depending on experience) About Us Icy Studios is a fast-growing apparel manufacturing and printing company specializing in DTG, DTF, screen printing, embroidery, and private label production. We work with retail brands, creators, and B2B clients across North America with a strong focus on quality, speed, and execution. As we continue scaling our U.S. operations, we are looking for a highly experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee our Houston production floor. Who We're Looking For This is NOT an entry-level management role. We are specifically looking for someone with direct production and printing experience who can confidently run a production floor, lead a team, solve problems quickly, and maintain high operational standards under pressure. The ideal candidate has worked in: Apparel printing DTG/DTF production Screen printing Embroidery Manufacturing or production facilities Fast-paced fulfillment or print environments You should be hands-on, highly organized, production-minded, and comfortable leading people while maintaining accountability and workflow efficiency. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily production operations on the warehouse floor Lead and coordinate production staff, printers, and fulfillment team members Ensure orders are printed, finished, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Monitor and enforce quality control standards throughout production Troubleshoot workflow and equipment issues quickly to minimize downtime Manage production schedules and prioritize urgent orders effectively Help maintain inventory accuracy for blanks, inks, transfers, and production supplies Create and maintain organized production systems and workflows Ensure the warehouse and production floor remain clean, efficient, and safe Communicate directly with leadership regarding operational improvements and scaling opportunities Help build and improve systems as the company continues growing Requirements 3+ years of production, manufacturing, or print shop management experience Strong leadership and team management skills Direct experience working in production environments Ability to manage pressure and tight deadlines Strong organizational and communication skills Hands-on mentality and willingness to work directly on the floor Experience with apparel printing equipment is highly preferred Forklift experience/certification is a plus Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented Why Join Us Fast-growing company with real growth opportunities Direct access to ownership and leadership Opportunity to help scale and build a major U.S. production operation Competitive compensation with room for advancement Performance-driven environment where strong operators are valued No corporate layers or micromanagement Benefits Employee discount On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement Referral program Location 6529 Cunningham Rd Houston, TX 77041 How to Apply Email your resume to eddlyn@icy.
