Production / Plant Manager (Bilingual) Confidential Client | Manufacturing Environment Full-Time | On-Site We are partnering with a growing industrial manufacturing company seeking a hands-on, bilingual Production / Plant Manager to lead operations within a specialized manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems on the floor, and wants to help build and improve processes within a rapidly growing organization. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk leadership role. We are looking for a true working manager - someone who leads from the front, is mechanically minded, and is energized by improving operations, supporting employees, and getting things done. What You'll Be Doing Lead daily operations across multiple production departments within the facility Supervise and support department leads and production employees Drive productivity, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives Troubleshoot operational and production issues in real time Work closely with leadership to improve processes, workflows, and plant performance Help manage changing priorities and fast-turn customer demands Ensure production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved Foster a positive, accountable, team-oriented culture Step in on the production floor as needed to support operations What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish required Previous experience in a Plant Manager, Production Manager, Operations Manager, or similar manufacturing leadership role Strong hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the floor Mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting ability Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and ownership Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and improve operational processes Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing environments Strong communication and team leadership skills Experience in steel, tubing, pipe, fabrication, industrial, or related manufacturing environments is a plus Why This Opportunity?
