Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and efficiency goals Lead and motivate production teams, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and accountability Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to optimize output while minimizing waste and downtime Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is functioning properly and schedule preventative maintenance as needed Implement process improvements based on data analysis and feedback to enhance productivity and product quality Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation for continuous tracking and improvement Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or production management, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality standards Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of safety regulations, OSHA standards, and best practices in manufacturing environments Ability to analyze data, identify issues quickly, and implement effective solutions Excellent communication skills to collaborate across departments and convey expectations clearly Technical proficiency with production management software or ERP systems is a plus Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing by leading with energy, precision, and passion! Pay:
$85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
