Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Production Manager with fluency in Spanish to lead manufacturing operations and drive excellence across production processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee plant management, optimize supply chain activities, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, expertise in ERP systems such as SAP, and a passion for lean manufacturing principles. Duties Lead and coordinate all aspects of production management, ensuring manufacturing targets are met efficiently and safely. Utilize ERP systems like SAP and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) tools to plan, schedule, and monitor production activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing lean manufacturing strategies. Oversee supply chain management and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished goods. Manage plant operations by supervising teams, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Conduct process improvements through data-driven analysis of supply chain analytics and operations management techniques. Facilitate effective communication across departments in both English and Spanish to streamline assembly lines and operational workflows. Experience Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or similar enterprise resource planning platforms. Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing methodologies, process improvement, and quality control practices. Familiarity with supply chain analytics, supply chain management strategies, and plant management best practices. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment, assembly processes, and process optimization. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential for communication across diverse teams.
