Assistant Manufacturing Manager Boardwalk Puzzles Lindon, UT Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Performance dashboard reports Regulatory inspections Google Workspace Google Sheets Procedural guides Mechanical repair Project timeline management Executive administrative support Production inventory management Mid-level Forklift Improving operational efficiency Manufacturing standard operating procedures Task prioritization Production planning Performance Improvement (PI) Data interpretation Quality standards in production Productivity software Equipment inventory management Production scheduling Machine minor repairs Data-driven decision making Manufacturing company experience Communication skills Time management Full Job Description Responsibilities include: Provide administrative support to the Director of Manufacturing & Production Assist with scheduling and tracking production priorities, timelines, and deadlines Coordinate communication between manufacturing, operations, purchasing, and logistics teams Support implementation and follow-through of manufacturing initiatives and process improvements Track departmental KPIs, production metrics, quality standards, and reporting dashboards Assist with inventory, equipment, and supply coordination Help manage special projects and continuous improvement initiatives Compile and analyze operational data to support decision-making Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) Support preparation for audits, inspections, and compliance documentation Help maintain manufacturing and production equipment
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative, operations, or manufacturing support experience preferred Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is strongly preferred Forklift experience or certification Positive attitude Must be reliable
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets skills strongly preferred) Mechanically inclined and able to fix stuff
