Production Manager with Welding Experience

Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all aspects of production operations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality Safes. Manage and optimize manufacturing workflows, incorporating lean manufacturing principles and process improvements to enhance efficiency. Oversee welding processes, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality specifications, and technical requirements. Implement continuous improvement strategies through data analysis, supply chain analytics, and process optimization to reduce waste and increase productivity. Supervise plant management activities including staffing, training, safety compliance, and performance evaluations. Collaborate with supply chain teams to streamline procurement, inventory management, and logistics for seamless operations. Ensure strict quality control measures are followed throughout the manufacturing process to meet industry standards. Drive initiatives in assembly line optimization, mechanical troubleshooting, and process standardization to improve overall plant performance. Requirements Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on welding or metal fabrication preferred. Demonstrated expertise in lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment, welding techniques, and process automation. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment. Familiarity with supply chain management principles and supply chain analytics for operational decision-making. Experience in quality control procedures and implementing process improvements to enhance product integrity.
