Manufacturing Manager

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Manufacturing Manager who is responsible for leading and developing a team of manufacturing engineers to support production operations, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality manufacturing practices while aligning with business goals and customer requirements. This will be a contract-to-hire position and will be on-site in Salt Lake City. It will be a 9/80 schedule, working 9-hour days and getting every other friday off. • 5-8 years of applicable managerial experience
• Need to have experience working in an electro-mechanical environment
• Experience working on and managing the shop floor
• Familiarity with regulations (A&D)
• A bachelor's degree is required
• Experience working in a high-volume environment '
• Lean Six Sigma experience
