Identificar e implementar mejoras en los procesos para aumentar la productividad y reducir desperdicios. Apoyar en la contratación, capacitación y desarrollo del personal de producción. Requisitos 3-5+ años de experiencia como Gerente de Producción, Supervisor de Manufactura, Supervisor de Planta o Gerente de Operaciones. Experiencia en manufactura, reciclaje, productos de madera, operaciones de pallets, logística o entornos industriales (preferido). Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo, resolución de problemas y organización. Capacidad para gestionar equipos y programas de producción en un entorno dinámico. With over 15 years of industry experience, we are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead daily production activities at our facility in Salt Lake City .This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in manufacturing operations, plant supervision, production management, and team leadership . Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily manufacturing and production operations. Ensure production goals, productivity targets, and quality standards are consistently met. Supervise and lead the production team, including scheduling, attendance, and task coordination. Monitor machinery, equipment, and tools to ensure safe and efficient operations. Implement and maintain workplace safety procedures and operational standards. Coordinate with maintenance and logistics teams to maintain smooth production flow. Track production KPIs, efficiency metrics, and operational performance. Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste. Support hiring, training, and development of production staff. Qualifications 3-5+ years of experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor, Plant Supervisor, or Operations Manager. Experience in manufacturing, recycling, wood products, pallet operations, logistics, or industrial environments preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to manage teams and production schedules in a fast-paced environment.
